This is a wonderful ideat that can only be good for every American, regardless of politcal affiliation.

Interesting that I could only find this on Fox News. How come the other news organizations don't find the upholding of the Constitution relevant?

    Please list the reasons why it is a bad thing for our law makers to validate in advance that they have the legal authority to pass the law they are trying to.
