Lower revenue, and increase spending. That's his plan???
So all the hubub from Obama and the Progressives that cutting taxes is a bad thing, he is now proposing to cut taxes. They've tried this before, companies are not going to hire people because of a tax cut. The cost is greater than the savings!
He's also proposing to increase spending, so this will not help one bit, and will further add to debt.
I know many will take this as anti-Obama, or anti-Democrat, but really... Does he have any clue what he's doing?
